User management

Different types of users

There are two types of users in Bildy:

• Developers, who create and maintain the web service.
• Updaters, who create and manage site's contents.

Developers control every detail of the site: what it looks likes, how it functions, what kind of content can be put in and who can develop or update the site. Updaters have tools for creating new and managing existing content.

Licence owner(s) can be either updaters or developers. Licence owners manage billing information and will be contacted regarding billing and payment issues. Licence owners can also control people managing the site.

If you're a developer or a licence owner, you can manage and invite new users to the site and you see the "People" button in your settings window.
